AuctionSHARK Expands Comparison Search Results

AuctionSHARK's comparison shopping website combines search
results from online auctions and other popular online shopping sites.

CASTLE ROCK, CO, - October 11, 2005 - The Auction Shark, LLC (AuctionSHARK) has recently expanded its multi-site search to include results from additional auction and shopping sites. The new additions include online auction site uBid (www.ubid.com), as well as popular shopping sites, Buy.com (www.buy.com), eCost (www.ecost.com), half.com (www.half.com), and Overstock's Shopping site (www.Overstock.com).

AuctionSHARK launched its beta site in August 2005 and is currently searching over 70 million online auction and shopping listings. The site initially launched with auction results from eBay (www.eBay.com), Yahoo Auctions (auctions.Yahoo.com) and Overstock Auctions (auctions.Overstock.com). The site also displays results from Amazon (www.Amazon.com). AuctionSHARK's unique approach to the comparison shopping arena is its focus on showing users auction listings along with those from online stores.

"We're very excited about expanding the results we can offer our users," said Michael Zak, a Principal at AuctionSHARK. "Giving users one place to shop and compare items between online auctions and stores is a fantastic benefit to online shoppers."

For collectors looking for that hard to find item, AuctionSHARK allows users to save and run searches automatically. Bargain shoppers will appreciate the ability to search and compare live auctions from individual sellers to products available at various online merchants, like Amazon and Overstock.

AuctionSHARK is evaluating additional auction and shopping sites for the multi-site search, and will also continue to expand the other tools and services available on the site.
